PSM Services

The PSM standard was created in 1992 in response to several catastrophic chemical-release incidents, including but not limited to: Bhopal, India gas leak in 1984, Pasadena, TX Phillips explosion and fire in 1989, Sterlington, LA explosion and fire in 1991, Cincinnati, OH chemical plant explosion in 1990. The lists keep growing with these devastating disasters. Even with the PSM standard in place, workplace accidents still occur to this day, but they could have been prevented with the proper PSM programs in place.

OSHA's Process Safety Management (PSM) standard contains 14 important elements that we'll breakdown, discuss, and relate back to your processes. We'll also discuss the EPA's Risk Management Plan (RMP) and the additional requirements. Your PSM Coordinators will learn how to efficiently run the program and guide your team in the right direction for how to do their job while complying with the standards, as well as any other department becoming aware as to why we have PSM and how to better assist.

If your organization wants to start your team off on the right track, and involve other departments, choose our team of PSM professionals to help ensure compliance throughout your entire facility.
