Course Description
The OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Training is your orientation to occupational safety and health. All employers must conduct basic workplace safety training. Part of OSHA's Outreach Training program is to raise awareness about the safety measures under OSHA 29 CFR 1910, this course is designed to teach you the fundamentals to improve workplace safety throughout all departments in the organization.

General industry is any industry not including agriculture, maritime, and construction. Some examples include but not limited to healthcare, manufacturing, cosmetology, automotive, warehousing, distribution, maintenance, electrical, and entertainment.
